We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented person to join the marketing team as Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, CRO and SEM) in Stockholm. The team works across all Caliroots, Hollywood and SOTO markets. You will play a key role in the implementation of our online marketing and on-site activities in an international, fast-paced and innovative environment. Your focus will be on managing SEO and CRO initiatives but you will also be involved in the overall SEM strategy. 

The marketing team is responsible for growing our brands, acquiring and retaining customers and engaging with our community.  You will be part of the Digital Marketing Specialist team that is responsible for driving growth by acquiring customers from paid and organic online channels as well as improving conversion in our e-shops on all devices.

 

You will report to the CMO and be involved in setting goals, budgets and KPI’s for all markets and track performance accordingly. The role requires a candidate with a strong track record from search engine marketing, conversion optimization and online analysis.


Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in organic search by identifying and implementing opportunities and tactics that grow our search visibility.
  • Improve conversion in our e-shops.
  • Lead all content implementation, working together with colleagues and external partners.
  • Lead all technical SEO projects and own related technical requirements.
  • Oversee and lead SEO best practices and adoption by other colleagues including content, product and marketing team.
  • Monitor SEO performance and perform competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and analyse online behaviour and buying funnel.
  • CRO - A/B and multivariable testing of pages and new ideas and the regular evaluation of new features and betas.
  • Keeping track of trends in online marketing and SEO/CRO/SEM in particular.

 

Requirements

  • Good understanding of common SEO and CRO analytics and research platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Keyword Tool, Optimizely, Sitegainer, Hotjar etc ), as well as familiarity with various third party SEO analytics solutions such as Moz, SEMrush, Similar Web etc.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and a passion to stay ahead of news and trends in SEO and digital marketing.
  • At least 4 years of work experience of managing Search / Display / Shopping/ Remarketing campaigns with a strong track record.
  • Experience from working with relevant metrics and KPI’s.
  • Advanced Excel skills. You are familiar with pivot tables, data management. Strong analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Driven and self-going with a can-do attitude.
  • You are fast processing, reliable, proactive and highly motivated. You work in a structured and detail-oriented way.
  • Experience from working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and experience in working with one or more of the following languages; Swedish, German, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, French and Dutch.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
