About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our sales team, participating in building out our new Client Success Function. The Client Success Manager is a critical role responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their business goals and security needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Represent client success throughout the lifecycle. Internally, be the voice of the client
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and security need
  • Monitor client satisfaction, client product and service usage
  • Ensure clients are fully aware of latest and upcoming service capabilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and act as a primary point of contact
  • Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring timely resolution on any issues raised
  • Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and provide updates on offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cyber security industry and market trends

Your background

We are looking for an ambitious and technical individual with an organized approach and the ability to build trust. Prior experience in client success management will be a strong advantage. Account management or related roles working with technical questions and topics will also be beneficial. You have a can-do attitude with focus on client outcome. You are expected to also have a good understanding of the security market and the different solutions within cybersecurity.

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related field in cyber security industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of cyber security concepts and products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and data analysis is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
