Stockholm E-Commerce Coordinator / Specialist

As E-Commerce Coordinator you’re joining our Growth & Digital team at our head office in central Stockholm. You’re responsible for managing and developing our primary customer touchpoint: asket.com. This role entails a high degree of variety in responsibilities, tasks and projects. Your work stretches from tracking, site analytics and optimization to content and product information management, on to UX, sales analysis and visual merchandising. With the right experience, a keen eye for detail and organisation you’ll enjoy significant responsibility from day one.

You’re working directly with our Head of Growth, collaborating with our Data & Tech Manager and our Brand Marketing team on a daily basis, as well as collaborating cross functionally with Operations and Customer Experience, to deliver a bleeding edge e-commerce presence.

Mission

  • Manage and coordinate ASKETs e-commerce presence to become best in class, effectively attracting visitors, converting visitors into customers and customers into promoters

Responsibilities

  • Content management and product information management
  • Product, category and landing page creation, coordination and optimization
  • Site performance and analysis, identifying and coordinating improvement projects including conversion rate optimization and search engine optimization
  • Online sales performance analysis and visual merchandising
  • Support the marketing and growth teams in campaign rollouts and traffic acquisition across e-commerce (product launches, campaigns, lookbooks, etc)
  • Work closely with Data & Tech manager to scope, coordinate and implement development projects across site

 

The ideal candidate

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce management on agency or brand side
  • Holds a degree in business, finance, marketing, information technology. computer science or other relevant degree
  • Passionate about e-commerce, data and technology
  • An eye for design, UX, visual and written communication
  • Fluent in English, written and orally, copywriting capability is a plus
  • Highly organised, structured with track record of working in projects across teams
  • Problem-solver and a self-starter; with a track record of taking own initiative
  • Flexible, able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term priorities
  • Experienced Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager user
  • Experienced Microsoft Excel user
  • Documented experience working in Content Management Systems such as Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress or similar
  • Documented experience working in E-commerce systems like Shopify, Magento, Centra or similar
  • Experience from BI tools such as Tableau or BigQuery is a plus
