Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for Pureplayer business: identification of relevant strategy per account, hitting seasonal budget targets, maximising full price in-season sales
  • A-Z Management of allocated brands
  • Negotiate and manage budgets for largest regional pure player accounts
  • Manage sell-in / sell-out identifying marketing / operational needs to push sales
  • Ensure strong sharing of data: leverage data to understand weekly sales performance and actions to optimise
  • Understand pricing dynamics in market and provide strategic recommendations
  • Understand the corporate business of top Pure-players inside out
  • Identify assortment needs: work with HQ team on optimising digital assortments
  • Own overall distribution online for the brand in Scandinavia, providing recommendations for new accounts and rationalising existing accounts
  • Ensure a brand elevated and consumer right onsite experience at key Pure-players
  • Ensure operational excellence across key regional digital key partners / deliveries as forecasted / Sufficient Re-Orders and VMI opportunities are piloted


  • Train regional teams on E-com best practices
  • Act as a digital E-com ambassador in the region

Requirements & experience

  • At least 5 years related e-commerce commercial experience
  • At least 3- years related Wholesale experience ideally having worked with the biggest Pureplayers in the region
  • Constant curiosity for the online landscape
  • A strategic and executional mindset with desire to learn, and test smart risks
  • Passion and understanding for the premium fashion
  • Strong technical acumen with knowledge of web and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communicator; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and be able to multi task
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Retail math skills
  • Product knowledge
