Stockholm: E-commerce Growth Specialist

Publicerades

Do you want to play a key role in growing the global online presence for one of Sweden’s most creative recognized brands? teenage engineering is now looking for an E-commerce Growth Specialist, a hands-on and data-driven talent with a strong interest in digital growth, conversion, and user experience!

About teenage engineering

You’ll be joining a highly creative and innovative company, known for its iconic design, cutting-edge products and deep cultural influence across industries such as music, art, and technology.

At teenage engineering, we don’t just create products; we create experiences that inspire creativity and push boundaries. Our passion for exceptional design and attention to detail is reflected in everything we do – from the products we develop to the way we work. You’ll be part of a community of forward-thinkers and problem solvers, constantly exploring new ways to innovate. We celebrate an open, collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and everyone has the opportunity to contribute. Our work spans multiple disciplines, giving you the chance to operate at the intersection of technology, design, and culture.

This is a place where individual contributions matter, and where you can make a real impact in a fast-moving, creative company that’s pushing the limits of what’s possible.

About the Role

As e-commerce growth specialist, you own one thing: growing web sales. You use data and your analytical skills to understand where we lose sales and what we can change to improve performance. You work closely with the online team day-to-day, and you collaborate with marketing and it when changes touch content, campaigns, or tech. You turn insight into action: you look at the numbers, find the problem, decide what to change, make it happen, and check if it worked.

In this position you will:

  • Identify where we lose customers in the funnel and what stops them from completing a purchase.
  • Drive growth by improving conversion, ux, on-site content, and product presentation.
  • Analyze traffic and sales data to understand behaviour across markets and channels.
  • Use quantitative methods and tools (e.g. bigquery/sql) to validate insights and support decisions.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns in google and meta to bring the right traffic.
  • Manage SEO for teenage engineering’s website (structure, keywords, on-site optimisation), including using generative tools in a structured way to support scalable content and meta optimisation.
  • Work with IT and design to improve site performance, checkout flow, and overall experience.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (GA4, tag manager, consent mode, etc.).
  • Support global growth initiatives and product launches with clear, data-based recommendations.

You work in a simple loop:

  1. analyze the data
  2. decide what to change
  3. implement the change
  4. measure the impact and adjust

Qualifications and requirements

We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and practical: strong with numbers, but also hands-on in tools and execution. You understand both data and digital commerce, and you are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams.

We believe you have:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, analytics, or growth-focused digital roles.
  • Background in economics, statistics, engineering, or natural sciences.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and tracking (GA4, tag manager) and data quality.
  • Proficiency in bigquery/sql and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience managing and interpreting campaigns in google ads and meta ads manager.
  • Interest in music, design, and technology, and curiosity about what makes people buy online.
  • Fluent in english (swedish is a plus).

Why teenage engineering?

At teenage engineering, you’ll join a team where creativity and innovation are at the core of everything we do. You’ll work with a world-class brand and a passionate team that values curiosity, freedom, and quality in every detail.

We offer a flexible work environment, health benefits (including friskvårdsbidrag and wellness hour), and a culture that encourages exploration and growth.
