Hej,
Håller just nu på att implementera betalsystem på webshoppen som är byggd i prestashop. Jag vill ej ha några fasta kostnader i uppstarten och satt då och valde mellan Paypal, Payson samt Moneybookers. Kom då fram till att Moneybookers avtal med prestashop gör att det blir det mest förmånliga, dessutom har de snyggt och enkelt gränssnitt för kortbetalningar.
Dock till min förvåning råkade jag komma in på en tråd i ett annat forum där de beklagade sig att om samma kund handlar med kort 3 gånger genom moneybookers så måste kunden skapa konto annars kan kunden ej betala fler gånger… Min fråga är om någon har erfarenhet av detta? Tycker det är väldigt dåligt då konverteringsgraden sjunker eftersom alla kunder kanske inte vill ha ett Moneybookers konto…. Hittar ej detta info på deras sida…
Vi använder oss också av Moneybookers, men detta har jag inte hört talas om innan.
Det låter ju inte bra…Det måste undersökas!

Jag har fått svar. Man måste skapa ett lösenord på sin fjärde omgång man använder Moneybookers. Quick check-out fungerar bara under 750€, annars måste de skapa konto.
De verkar ändå seriösa, svarade tillbaka dagen därpå och med ett uttömmande svar som verkade vara nyskrivet.Thank you for your email.
Please be informed that we have developed a payment capability – our Quick Checkout – that would allow your customers to checkout without having to be registered Moneybookers account holders. They would not be asked to login to their accounts or create accounts by selecting a password during the checkout process.
By simply providing their credit /debit card details your clients will be able to complete the payment process successfully.
When a client pays with the same credit card, on the fourth transaction, he shall be required to create and confirm a password for his/her Moneybookers account.
Please also note that the Quick Checkout is associated with a certain transaction limit.
If you wish to use the Quick Checkout payment solution, you will not be able to accept instant payments for more than 750 Euro.
If the amount of a single payment exceeds this limit, your customers will be asked to create a Moneybookers account, apply some additional verifications in order to complete the payment process successfully.
In order to be able to take advantage of the Quick Checkout, you shall need to integrate the Moneybookers payment gateway into your website.
In order to be able to provide you with further assistance, we kindly ask you to provide us with the customer ID of your Moneybookers account (if available), the URL of your website as well as with a description of your business activities (services offered) for which you plan to accept payments via Moneybookers, so that we can assist you further.
Please also advise on the average amount of a single credit card payment that you shall expect from a client of yours.
Please also let us know if your website is using a certain web shop platform or a shopping cart solution like osCommerce, Magento, etc.

då är det som man trott, dock förstår jag inte om kunden på fjärde köpet bara måste skriva in ett lösenord för att ha ett konto men kan sedan fortsätta använda quickceckout… annars känns ju quick checkout inte så quick längre :pDet var synd då Moneybookers kändes som mest stabil, men med detta i åtanke kanske man ska kolla på de andra alternativen…
Hade också tänkt att använda moneybookers till en ny webb-sida, men med det här kravet får man väl se sig om efter en annan.. Då hade jag tänkt använda payson (som jag radan har på en sida), men nu läste jag att även dom har krav på registrering om man har det “nya” API’et. Har mailat supporten om det, får se vad dom svarar… Att det ska vara så svårt att ge f-n i att försöka få kunder genom e-handlare.
Så det är väl Certitrade som kommer närmast i “budgetlistan” som inte har det idiotiska kravet att mina kunder ska registrera sig…

Men beloppet växer ju hela tiden. Ju mer du säljer ju större buffert.

Jag har försökt förhandla lite och ifrågasatt det hela, men blev bara hänvisad till ovanstående info så jag slutade att använda dem till min ena shop. Det är trots allt pengar som jag kan göra något vettigare för än att ha liggandes hos moneybookers.
