We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Campaign & Site Manager to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.

About the role

Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for optimizing sales through site campaigns as well as an analytic mindset and drive to make sure we always present the most relevant content on site. On top of that you have a creative drive and are confident in trying new ideas and concepts. As you will be the go-to person for all questions related to our campaign plans and execution, it is vital that you have profound experience on how to create campaigns that deliver on set targets. You will provide guidance and insights to your colleagues, as well as execution, so that we are “fronting each store” in the best possible way in regards to assortment, our different brands, and customers’ interest. You will be part of a small and fast moving Growth & Category Sales department, which requires you to be independent and have the ability to prioritize and manage a varying workload. With the rapidly evolving landscape of e-commerce, your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be invaluable to our ongoing success!

Responsibilities includes

  • Actively populate, maintain, and evaluate the start, category, and landing pages for all domains
  • Responsibility for keeping the front page and campaign pages relevant and inspiring, on both CDON and Fyndiq
  • Ensure actively updated sites and coordinate sales-driving actions together with Assortment Managers/Performance Marketing
  • Creation and management of campaigns and collections on the website
  • Continuous analysis and follow-up of campaigns, site-related KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement graphic materials
  • Create and own the site/campaign plan that promotes sales and customer engagement

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience in website management and campaign development in e-commerce
  • Ability to analytically evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and website performance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and knowledge from increasing sales
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and an understanding of user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Creative and strategic with a strong sense for details and aesthetics
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking with an understanding of how data and customer insights can optimise campaign effectiveness
  • Ability to keep pace with the rapidly changing e-commerce landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
