About the role
Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for marketing automation as well as a deep understanding of customer journeys and customer retention. On top of that you have a creative drive and are confident in suggesting ideas and new concepts. As you will be the go-to person for all questions related to marketing automation and our MA platform, it is vital that you have profound experience on how to create campaigns that deliver on set targets. You will provide guidance and insights, as well as execution, so that we can reach existing and potential customers with relevant communication, at the right time and in a relevant way. You will be part of a small and fast moving Brand & Customer Experience department, which requires you to be independent and have the ability to prioritise and manage a varying workload. With the rapidly evolving landscape of e-commerce, your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be invaluable to our ongoing success!
Responsibilities includes
- Being a superuser of our marketing automation platform Voyado
- Developing, testing, executing, and analysing automated & segmented marketing campaigns
- Developing, testing, executing, and analysing customer lifecycle programs, including welcome, onboarding and reengagement campaigns throughout the marketing Automation journey
- A/B test and analyse data to identify new opportunities and maximise customer engagement and customer lifetime value
- Suggesting improvements and identifying opportunities for better ways of working with marketing automation
- Sharing insights and learnings with relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to our goal of establishing a customer centric organisation by ensuring that our email concepts and communication are built on data and insights and provides an excellent user experience
- Develop and implement a consistent communication tonality for each brand and train/support our colleagues within this area
Qualifications and requirements
- Relevant education or equivalent qualifications - MA-specialist, CX-manager
- Has a strong understanding of the marketing funnel, and lead generation but also the technical aspects of marketing automation
- Is a team player and enjoys collaborating as our projects often involve several stakeholders across the company
- Is well organised and has great interpersonal and social skills that brings energy to the table
- Can switch between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving environment
- Good project management skills are necessary to succeed in this role
- Experience of CX technologies (CDP, Insight tools, Analytics etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent Swedish is a must for this role
