About the Role
Yazen is expanding its Growth Marketing team, seeking a data-driven person passionate about optimisation. In this role, you’ll take operational responsibility for digital marketing, overseeing and optimising PPC campaigns. Key responsibilities include managing Search Engine Advertising (SEA) accounts, strategic implementation, result analysis, and continuous optimisation for cost-effective growth. You are also managing Paid Social and work continuously with demand generation. Additionally, you’ll collaborate cross-teams, identify improvement opportunities, and you will contribute to landing page analysis.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- You take operational charge of SEA accounts and campaigns, achieving strategic, cost-effective expansion
- Bring paid search and paid social strategies to life, working with campaigns
- Conduct analysis of campaigns, extracting valuable insights for continuous improvement
- Contribute to the design of landing pages
- Identifying and implementing improvements, ensuring continuous process refinement
Your Background
To be well-suited for this position, we think you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role. Your expertise encompasses digital marketing, specializing in Google Ads and related platforms. You have experience of budget management and profitability optimisation, and a strenght within data analysis. As a person you are curious, eager to expand your knowledge, and you have a clear growth mindset.
- 3 or more years in digital marketing with operational responsibility for related activities
- Data-driven with a passion for optimization in Growth Marketing
- A successful background in planning and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns
- Budget management skills and strenght in data analysis
- You have a methodical and systematic approach to test & learn/AB-testing
- Proactive time management, initiative-taking, and a collaborative approach to cross-team work
- Meritorious if experienced in SEO optimization
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English

Placement & Start
This is a full-time position, and the entire team is working remotely. The start date will be determined by mutual agreement.
