About the Role
As Head of E-commerce at Strandberg Guitars, you will have full ownership of the global Direct-to-Consumer business. This is one of the company’s most strategically important roles and a key growth driver in Strandberg’s continued global expansion. You will be responsible for shaping, scaling, and optimizing Strandberg’s entire e-commerce ecosystem — from performance marketing and conversion optimization to international expansion, platform development, and long-term commercial strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with strong hands-on execution and business development.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team and act as the commercial owner of Strandberg’s digital flagship, ensuring a world-class premium customer experience that reflects the brand’s innovation, craftsmanship, and community-driven DNA.
In this role, you will:
- Own and drive Strandberg’s global DTC business with full commercial accountability
- Develop and execute the global e-commerce strategy and roadmap
- Lead performance marketing, traffic acquisition, and growth initiatives
- Own the full funnel: traffic → conversion → retention → loyalty
- Drive continuous CRO, UX improvements, and customer experience optimization
- Scale the DTC model across international markets through localization and operational excellence
- Own KPIs, forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting
- Manage agencies, budgets, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Product
- Develop Strandberg’s digital flagship and premium online experience
About You
We are looking for a commercial, performance-driven and ambitious e-commerce leader with a strong analytical mindset and passion for premium brands. You likely come from a background within performance marketing, growth, or digital optimization and are now ready to take full ownership of a global DTC business. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You are motivated by building, scaling, and improving — and by creating measurable commercial impact.
As a person, you are innovative, proactive, business-oriented, and confident in driving change. You enjoy working cross-functionally, challenging assumptions, and influencing senior stakeholders. A genuine interest in music, guitars, or strong product-driven brands is a strong plus!
You are someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales on an international level
- Has a proven track record of driving profitable DTC growth
- Is highly skilled in performance marketing, CRO, analytics, and funnel optimization
- Is commercially sharp, data-driven, and business-minded
- Understands premium brands, high-consideration products, and long purchase journeys
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environments
- Can influence, challenge, and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Communicates fluently in English (company language)
- Has a genuine interest in music, guitars, or premium product-driven brands

Placement & Start
This is a full-time position based at Strandberg Guitars’ headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden, with a hybrid setup. Preferred start date is as soon as possible, but flexible depending on mutual agreement.
