We are not growing fast in size — we are growing right. That is why we are now looking for an E-commerce Manager who can play a critical role in CHIMI’s next chapter.
About the Role
As E-commerce Manager, you will own CHIMI’s ecommerce business end-to-end. You will be responsible for commercial performance, customer experience, CRM, digital trading, reporting, and ecommerce development. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who is equally comfortable analysing performance data, improving conversion, building CRM flows, and driving larger development initiatives.
You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate across Brand, Product, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to ensure ecommerce continues to be a key growth driver for the business.
- Own the ecommerce P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability and commercial performance
- Monitor and optimise key metrics including Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, retention, and return rate
- Lead the digital trading calendar across campaigns, launches, seasonal activities, and site merchandising
- Drive continuous optimisation of the customer journey and onsite experience
- Own and execute CRM activities including segmentation, lifecycle flows, automations, newsletters, and retention initiatives
- Build reporting, forecasting, and performance frameworks that support data-driven decision making
- Drive the ecommerce technology roadmap across site, checkout, CRM, analytics, and integrations
- Identify and implement AI and automation initiatives that improve customer experience and internal efficiency
- Collaborate closely with external performance marketing partners to maximise channel performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure ecommerce is fully aligned with broader commercial objectives
About You
We are looking for a commercial, sales-driven and ambitious person with a strong brand mindset and a proven track record of driving growth and commercial performance, ideally within a global fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand.
A strong analytical mindset and confidence in making data-driven decisions are important in this role. At the same time, a hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of execution are essential.
You are commercially driven and naturally curious about what drives growth. You combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset and enjoy working in environments where decisions move quickly and impact is visible.
Comfortable challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of results, you thrive on turning ideas into action. Most importantly, you understand that sustainable growth comes from combining customer experience, operational excellence and commercial discipline.
Relevant experience includes:
- Ecommerce management within DTC, consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or similar industries
- Commercial ownership of key ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics
- CRM, retention, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation
- Conversion rate optimisation and customer experience development
- Ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience of working closely with development teams, agencies, and external partners
- AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Placement & Start
This is a full-time position based at CHIMI’s headquarters in central Stockholm. Preferred start date is as soon as possible, but flexible depending on mutual agreement.
