As a Creative Strategy Lead, you will play a crucial role in conducting product and content analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of our offerings across various channels. You will also be responsible for analysing key metrics for our social media advertising efforts, with a focus on paid media channels, to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and implement innovative ideas and concepts for product and content development. Your research skills and critical thinking abilities will be instrumental in translating data insights into actionable strategies for improving campaign performance and creative effectiveness. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product and content analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of our offerings across various channels
  • Analyse key metrics for our social media advertising, with a focus on our paid media channels
  • Analyse traffic channels and align them with budget and overall commercial plans to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Stay up-to-date with the current digital advertising landscape, emerging trends, best practices, platforms, and evolving formats
  • Utilise research skills and critical thinking to translate data insights into actionable strategies for improving campaign performance and creative effectiveness
  • Use a market-level approach in your analysis finding different growth drivers and insights among our +35 markets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with digital advertising channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Google Ads, Programmatic, and TikTok
  • Strong background in product, creative and performance analysis
  • Ability to think critically, analyse data, and derive actionable insights to optimize performance and content strategy
  • Excellent research skills with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • German speaking is a plus
